Jobs in Russia for Indians
Russia has become a serious destination for Indian workers since the two governments signed a labour-mobility agreement, and Russian factories are now recruiting directly from India. The demand we see is concentrated in manufacturing — garment and leather goods (including purse and handbag tailors), food processing, construction and engineering.

The legal route
How recruitment for Russia actually works.
The Russian employer secures its foreign-labour quota for the year, obtains a permit to engage foreign workers and a named work permit, then issues an official invitation. On that invitation the worker applies for a Russian work visa at the consulate in India. Russia is not on the Ministry of External Affairs ECR list, so emigration clearance through e-Migrate is not required — the work permit and visa govern entry.
Nothing about that sequence is optional and nothing about it is quick. Any agent who promises you a Russia job without an employer’s attested demand letter behind it is either guessing or lying — and it is worth asking them to show you the licence number before you pay anyone anything.

What does it cost to apply?
Registering with us and uploading your CV is free. A licensed Recruiting Agent may charge a service fee of up to forty-five days’ wages, subject to a ceiling, and must give you a receipt. We never ask for money for a visa the employer has paid for, and we never ask for cash without a receipt.
Do I need e-Migrate emigration clearance for Russia?
No. Russia is not on the Ministry of External Affairs list of Emigration Check Required countries, so emigration clearance is not required even for an ECR passport. What governs your entry is the employer’s work permit and your national work visa — and we still want your contract in writing before you travel.
