Privacy policy

Galaxy Enterprises (“we”, “us”) is an overseas placement consultancy licensed by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (RA No. B-0087/DEL/PART/1000+/5/6872/2004). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how we protect it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Candidates: name, mobile number, email, trade/position, sector, preferred country, experience, and the resume/CV you upload (which may contain your address, passport details, education and work history).
• Employers: company name, country, contact person, designation, work email, phone, industry, positions required and any demand letter or requirement document you attach.
• Job-alert subscribers: WhatsApp number, trade, preferred country and optional email.
• Everyone: messages sent through the contact form, and technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited (via analytics cookies, where enabled).

Why we use it

• To match candidates with vacancies from our client employers and to contact shortlisted candidates for interviews, trade tests, medical examination, visa processing and pre-departure orientation.
• To respond to employer requirements, prepare document checklists and mobilise manpower.
• To send job alerts you asked for (reply STOP on WhatsApp or email us to unsubscribe).
• To comply with the Emigration Act, 1983 and the e-Migrate requirements of the Protector General of Emigrants.
• To improve the website and our services.

Who we share it with

Candidate CVs are shared only with employers whose vacancy matches the candidate’s trade, and with authorised medical centres, embassies and government portals as required for deployment. Employer data is not shared with third parties except as needed to fulfil the requirement. We never sell personal data.

Retention and security

Resumes and enquiries are stored on our secured web server and internal systems, protected from public access, and retained for as long as reasonably needed to consider you for vacancies or to complete an engagement, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Files are transmitted over HTTPS. The application tracker shows status only when both the reference number and the registered mobile number match.

Your rights

You may ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hr@galaxyjobs.in or calling 011 4108 0516. Grievances are handled by our office in New Delhi.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses only functional cookies needed for the admin area, plus optional analytics (Google Analytics / Meta Pixel) when enabled, to understand how visitors use the site. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the forms.
