Jobs in Poland for Indians
Poland is the European destination where we have placed workers directly. Factories, warehouses, fabrication shops and construction companies recruit Indian tradesmen on a type A work permit followed by a national work visa. Timelines are longer than the Gulf and the documentation is stricter — we will tell you honestly at the start what a case looks like.

The legal route
How recruitment for Poland actually works.
The Polish employer applies to the voivode through praca.gov.pl for a type A work permit; since 1 June 2025 the old labour-market test (the starosta opinion) is no longer required for new applications. With the permit and the employment contract, the worker books a national D-type visa appointment at the Polish consulate in India. Poland is not on the Ministry of External Affairs ECR list, so e-Migrate clearance is not required.
Nothing about that sequence is optional and nothing about it is quick. Any agent who promises you a Poland job without an employer’s attested demand letter behind it is either guessing or lying — and it is worth asking them to show you the licence number before you pay anyone anything.

How does the visa process for Poland work?
The Polish employer applies to the voivode through praca.gov.pl for a type A work permit; since 1 June 2025 the old labour-market test (the starosta opinion) is no longer required for new applications. With the permit and the employment contract, the worker books a national D-type visa appointment at the Polish consulate in India. Poland is not on the Ministry of External Affairs ECR list, so e-Migrate clearance is not required.
How long does it take to reach Poland?
Typically 3 to 5 months, most of it consulate appointment and permit processing. The employer’s side of the paperwork is usually what sets the pace, not ours.
What does it cost to apply?
Registering with us and uploading your CV is free. A licensed Recruiting Agent may charge a service fee of up to forty-five days’ wages, subject to a ceiling, and must give you a receipt. We never ask for money for a visa the employer has paid for, and we never ask for cash without a receipt.
Do I need e-Migrate emigration clearance for Poland?
No. Poland is not on the Ministry of External Affairs list of Emigration Check Required countries, so emigration clearance is not required even for an ECR passport. What governs your entry is the employer’s work permit and your national work visa — and we still want your contract in writing before you travel.
