WhatsApp usIs Galaxy Enterprises a licensed overseas recruitment agency?
Yes. Galaxy Enterprises is a Recruiting Agent licensed by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (Protector General of Emigrants). All deployments to ECR countries are processed through the official e-Migrate system.
Which countries do you recruit for?
We place Indian workers with employers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, and with selected European employers, across construction, oil & gas, hospitality, healthcare, facilities management, security and 11 other sectors. Gulf deployments run through e-Migrate; European placements follow the employer’s national work-permit route.
How do I apply for a Gulf job through Galaxy Enterprises?
Upload your resume using the form on this page, or send it to hr@galaxyjobs.in with your trade, experience and preferred country. Our team contacts shortlisted candidates for the employer’s interview or trade test.
Do I have to pay to apply?
Uploading your resume and being considered for vacancies is free. Any service charge, where applicable, is only within the limits prescribed under the Emigration Act and is communicated in writing before processing begins.
Do you arrange medical tests, visas and pre-departure orientation?
Yes. After selection we arrange medical examination at authorised centres, lodge the visa application with the embassy, complete emigration clearance, and give every worker a pre-departure orientation.
How do I know the status of my application?
Use the “Track your application” panel with the reference number from your confirmation (CV-…) and the last four digits of your mobile number. Our team updates the status at each stage — shortlisted, interview scheduled, selected, medical, visa, deployed.
What documents should I keep ready?
A valid passport, trade or education certificates, experience letters, recent passport-size photographs and an updated CV. Original documents are needed only after selection, for medical and visa processing.
What is emigration clearance (ECR) and do I need it for a Gulf job?
If your passport is stamped ECR (Emigration Check Required), you need emigration clearance from the Protector of Emigrants before travelling to any of the 18 notified ECR countries, which include Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and the UAE. Clearance is granted through the Government of India e-Migrate portal and can only be applied for by a licensed Recruiting Agent or the employer. Galaxy Enterprises files this for every candidate we deploy, at no cost to the candidate. If your passport is ECNR, no clearance is required, but the job offer still has to be genuine and registered.
How can I check that a recruitment agency is genuine and licensed?
Ask for the agency's RA (Recruiting Agent) licence number and verify it on the Ministry of External Affairs e-Migrate portal at emigrate.gov.in, which lists every registered agent. Galaxy Enterprises operates under RA No. B-0087/DEL/PART/1000+/5/6872/2004. A genuine agent will show you the employer's demand letter and the employment contract before you travel, will never ask a candidate for a visa fee, and will issue a receipt for any service charge permitted under the Emigration Rules.
How long does the process take from selection to departure?
For the Gulf, typically 30 to 60 days from selection: medical examination takes 3 to 7 days, visa stamping at the embassy 2 to 4 weeks, and emigration clearance plus ticketing about a week. European placements take longer, usually 3 to 6 months, because national work-permit approval has to be issued before the visa appointment.
Can I get a Gulf job without experience?
Yes for some categories. Helpers, cleaners, packers, agriculture workers and some hospitality roles are recruited without prior overseas experience. Skilled trades such as welder, electrician, HVAC technician, heavy driver and mason usually require 2 or more years of documented experience and must pass the employer's practical trade test. A valid trade certificate or ITI qualification improves your salary band considerably.
Do you hold walk-in interviews or trade tests in Delhi?
Yes. Employers regularly conduct interviews and practical trade tests at our New Delhi office and at our Kashipur and Visakhapatnam branches, and sometimes by video call. Scheduled dates are published on the Hot jobs page, and registered candidates in the matching trade are notified on WhatsApp before each one.
What salary can I expect for a Gulf job?
It depends on the trade, the country and your documented experience. Every vacancy we publish shows the employer's offered monthly salary along with what is provided free — accommodation, transport, medical insurance and, in most contracts, food or a food allowance and a return air ticket. Treat any agency that quotes a salary without naming the employer and the contract terms with caution.
