Candidate registration

• Registration on this website is free and does not guarantee employment. Vacancies are filled according to the employer’s selection, which may include interviews, practical trade tests and medical examination.
• You confirm that the information and documents you submit are true and belong to you. False documents lead to rejection and may be reported to the authorities.
• Any service charge, where applicable, is only within the limits prescribed under the Emigration Act, 1983 and its rules, and is communicated in writing before processing begins. We never ask for payment through unofficial channels — report any such demand to hr@galaxyjobs.in.
• Job listings and interview dates on this site may change or close without notice. The reference number issued on registration is for tracking only.

Employers

• A requirement sent through this website is an enquiry, not a binding engagement. Recruitment begins only after the demand letter, power of attorney and employment contract are received and the terms are agreed in writing.
• Employers are responsible for the accuracy of the demand and for honouring the registered employment contract on the worker’s arrival.
