All questions

Is Galaxy Enterprises a licensed overseas recruitment agency?

Yes. Galaxy Enterprises is a Recruiting Agent licensed by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (Protector General of Emigrants). All deployments to ECR countries are processed through the official e-Migrate system.

Which countries do you recruit for?

We place Indian workers with employers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, and with selected European employers, across construction, oil & gas, hospitality, healthcare, facilities management, security and 11 other sectors. Gulf deployments run through e-Migrate; European placements follow the employer’s national work-permit route.

How can an overseas employer hire workers from India through you?

Send us your requirement using the employer form. We will confirm the documents needed — demand letter, power of attorney and specimen employment contract — and then source, test, medically clear and mobilise the workers.

Which documents do we need to start recruiting?

Three documents: a demand letter addressed to Galaxy Enterprises, New Delhi (categories, headcount, salary and benefits); a power of attorney authorising us to act on your behalf; and a specimen employment contract on your letterhead. We send templates on request.

Can our own team interview or trade-test the candidates?

Yes — most clients do. We arrange the venue, tools and shortlisted candidates in New Delhi or a branch city for your visiting delegation, or set up video interviews if you prefer to select remotely.

How long does mobilisation take?

It depends on the category, your selection dates and embassy processing. Once the demand letter and power of attorney are in hand we share a written timeline covering sourcing, selection, medical, visa and travel, and update you at each stage.

Do you recruit only from India?

Our licence and offices are in India, where we source across all major labour catchments. We also maintain a network reaching Bangladesh for clients who need it.

What is a demand letter and why do you need it?

A demand letter is a formal request on the employer's letterhead, addressed to Galaxy Enterprises, New Delhi, stating the job categories, number of workers, monthly salary, contract period, working hours and the facilities provided — food, accommodation, medical and air passage. Attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Indian Embassy in your country, it is one of the three documents Indian law requires before a licensed agent may recruit on your behalf, alongside the power of attorney and the specimen employment contract.

What does it cost an employer to recruit through Galaxy Enterprises?

Recruitment is funded by the employer, which is both the legal position under the Indian Emigration Act and standard practice across the Gulf. The employer bears the service charge, visa and stamping costs, and the outbound air ticket. Costs are quoted per category once we have your demand letter, and there are no charges to the candidate for visa processing.

Which trades and job categories do you supply?

Across 17 sectors: construction (mason, carpenter, steel fixer, scaffolder, shuttering carpenter, foreman), oil and gas (pipe fitter, welder 6G, rigger, instrument technician), HVAC (technician, duct fabricator, chiller operator), hospitality (chef, commis, waiter, housekeeping, front office), healthcare (nurse, lab technician, pharmacist, caregiver), electrical and mechanical (electrician, plumber, AC technician, heavy driver, crane operator, forklift operator), plus garments, marine, automobile, printing, power plant, agriculture, IT, banking, office staff, cleaning and security. If a category is not listed, ask — we recruit to the demand letter.
