The legal route
How recruitment for Qatar actually works.
The Qatari employer attests the demand letter and power of attorney through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Indian Embassy in Doha. We register the demand on e-Migrate, run the trade test, and the employer raises the work visa through the Ministry of Labour before we file for emigration clearance.
Nothing about that sequence is optional and nothing about it is quick. Any agent who promises you a Qatar job without an employer’s attested demand letter behind it is either guessing or lying — and it is worth asking them to show you the licence number before you pay anyone anything.

WhatsApp usIs Galaxy Enterprises licensed to recruit for Qatar?
Yes. Galaxy Enterprises is a Recruiting Agent registered with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India under licence number B-0087/DEL/PART/1000+/5/6872/2004. You can verify any Indian agent’s licence on the Ministry’s e-Migrate portal before you deal with them — please do.
How does the visa process for Qatar work?
The Qatari employer attests the demand letter and power of attorney through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Indian Embassy in Doha. We register the demand on e-Migrate, run the trade test, and the employer raises the work visa through the Ministry of Labour before we file for emigration clearance.
How long does it take to reach Qatar?
6 to 10 weeks from attested demand letter to departure. The employer’s side of the paperwork is usually what sets the pace, not ours.
What does it cost to apply?
Registering with us and uploading your CV is free. A licensed Recruiting Agent may charge a service fee of up to forty-five days’ wages, subject to a ceiling, and must give you a receipt. We never ask for money for a visa the employer has paid for, and we never ask for cash without a receipt.
Do I need emigration clearance for Qatar?
Qatar is on the Ministry of External Affairs list of Emigration Check Required countries. If your passport is ECR, emigration clearance through the e-Migrate system is compulsory before you travel, and we file it for you. If your passport is ECNR you do not need clearance, but your employment contract is still registered.
