Overseas jobs for candidates from Punjab
Our New Delhi office is within a day’s travel of most of Punjab. Before you plan anything, read what we actually do — employment visas against a real employer’s demand, not study or permanent residence routes.
More people leave Punjab for work abroad than almost anywhere else in India, and a lot of what is sold here is not employment recruitment at all. So it is worth being plain about what Galaxy Enterprises is: a Recruiting Agent licensed by the Ministry of External Affairs, placing workers with employers in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, the UAE, Russia and Poland against an attested demand letter.
We do not handle study visas, visitor visas, permanent residence or any Canada, Australia or UK route. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the right agency and we would rather say so now.
If you are a tradesman looking for a job on an employment visa, you are in the right place, and Delhi is close enough that an interview is a day trip for most Punjab districts.

New Delhi is the office you would visit
Our head office is in Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. From Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Patiala, Mohali or Chandigarh it is a few hours by road or train; from Amritsar, Bathinda or Gurdaspur it is a longer day.

But register before you travel
There is nothing to come for until an employer shortlists you. Register online, and a consultant will call you — in Punjabi or Hindi, whichever you choose on the form.

Interviews and trade tests
Held at our New Delhi office, at the employer’s own drive, or by video call, depending on the vacancy. We confirm the city and the date on your number before you book a ticket.

Poland and Russia run differently
These are non-ECR, work-permit routes: the employer applies in their own country first, so the timeline is longer than the Gulf and most of the waiting is at the consulate, not with us.
The two questions worth asking any agency in Punjab
- Ask for the MEA Recruiting Agent licence number, and check it yourself on the Government’s eMigrate portal. Ours is on every page of this site. An agency that cannot give you a number is not licensed to recruit you for overseas employment.
- Ask which employer the job is with, and what the demand letter says. A genuine overseas vacancy has a named employer, a contract and a salary behind it before anyone asks you for anything.
- We have no branch or sub-agent in Punjab. Nobody in your district collects money for Galaxy Enterprises.
- Registration is free. A service fee may be charged only after selection, and always against a receipt.

No. We are licensed for overseas employment — Gulf countries, Russia and Poland — against an employer’s demand letter. We do not handle study, visitor or permanent-residence routes to any country.
Is Poland realistic from Punjab?
It is one of the destinations we recruit for, on a work permit issued by the Polish employer, mainly for manufacturing, warehousing, construction, welding and food production. It takes longer than a Gulf deployment because the permit and the consulate appointment come first.
Can I talk to someone in Punjabi?
Choose Punjabi under “Preferred language” in the optional part of the form and we will try to have the consultant who calls you speak it.
I already have a Gulf visa offer from someone else. Can you check it?
We cannot verify another agency’s paperwork for you, but you can check any Recruiting Agent’s licence yourself on the eMigrate portal, and you should, before paying anybody.
How long does a Gulf deployment take?
From selection to departure it is usually a matter of weeks rather than months, once the medical, visa and emigration clearance are done. Poland and Russia take longer.
