What we do
Services
Everything between an employer’s demand letter and a worker landing on site — sourcing, selection, medical, visa, emigration clearance, travel and orientation — handled by our own team in New Delhi.
What we do
End-to-end manpower export, under one licence.
Six services that take a demand letter to a worker landing on site — run by our own team in New Delhi, not outsourced.
-
01
Sourcing & shortlisting
Candidates from our database, branch offices and field network across India, screened against your demand letter before you see a single CV.

02
Interviews & trade tests
Practical trade tests and interviews arranged in New Delhi or our branch cities — in person, by video call, or by your visiting delegation.
-
03
Medical & documentation
Medical examination at authorised centres for Gulf-bound workers, plus passport, certificate and attestation guidance for every selected candidate.
-
04
Visa & emigration clearance
Visa filing with the respective embassy and emigration clearance through the e-Migrate system for ECR passport holders — handled by our own staff.
-
05
Ticketing & orientation
Travel arrangements against your PTA, airport assistance and a pre-departure orientation covering contract, conduct, safety and destination.
-
06
Post-arrival coordination
A single point of contact for employers and workers after arrival — joining formalities, replacements where agreed, and contract renewals.
Recruitment procedure
Three phases. Eight steps. Demand letter to departure.
The sequence is fixed by Indian emigration rules. You supply three documents; we run everything after that — typically 30 to 60 days from selection to arrival.
Employer documents
Three attested papers give us the legal authority to recruit in your name. Nothing starts until they are in hand.
-
Step 1Demand letter
The employer issues a formal demand letter addressed to Galaxy Enterprises, New Delhi, listing job categories, headcount, salary and terms.
-
Step 2Power of attorney
A power of attorney authorises Galaxy Enterprises to act on the employer’s behalf with Indian authorities and embassies.
-
Step 3Employment contract
A specimen employment agreement on the company’s letterhead sets out the terms each selected worker will sign.
Galaxy Enterprises can now recruit in your name
Selection & clearance
We source and test the workers, put them through the authorised medical, and lodge the visas. You approve every selection.
-
Step 4Sourcing & selection
We shortlist from our candidate database and branch network, then arrange oral interviews or practical trade tests conducted by the employer.
-
Step 5Medical check-up
Selected candidates are sent for medical examination at authorised centres approved for Gulf-bound workers.
-
Step 6Visa processing
We lodge visa applications with the respective embassy and complete emigration formalities for ECR passport holders.
Approved workers, medically fit, visas stamped
Departure
You fund the travel; we file the emigration clearance, book the tickets and brief each worker before he flies.
-
Step 7Ticketing & emigration
The employer sends a PTA or remits travel expenses; we handle ticketing and airport emigration clearance as scheduled.
-
Step 8Pre-departure orientation
Every worker receives a basic orientation on the destination country, contract, conduct and safety before flying out.
Your workers report at site, briefed and documented
Every stage is logged against your requirement reference, and you are told the moment it moves. Employers can check progress at any time — ask us for the reference on your demand.
For employers
Three documents start the process.
We send templates on request and check each document before it is filed, so nothing bounces at the embassy or on e-Migrate.
