Employers Responsibility
Demand Letter
A formal letter issued by the employer addressed to Galaxy Enterprises, New Delhi, India with full details of the job categories, required number of workers, monthly salary, contract period, working hours, and all other facilities like food, accommodation, medical assistance, and air passage. The formal letter should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce & Indian Embassy in respective countries.
Power of Attorney
A letter issued by the employer authorizing Galaxy Enterprises, New Delhi, India to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related to the respective Embassy and the related agencies of the Government of India. The power of attorney should be attested by the Chamber of Commerce & Indian Embassy in their respective countries.
Employment Contract Letter
This agreement is made between the company (Employer) and the Employee on the company’s letterhead stating clearly and precisely all terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from India.
A Note to the Employer
According to statutory requirements of the Protector of Emigrants & Ministry of Labor, Government of India regulations, the following documents are requested from the Employer in order to carry the recruitment successfully.
- Power Of Attorney from the Employer in the name of Galaxy Enterprises New Delhi, authorizing us to advertise, recruit, and deploy the required personnel on their behalf.
- Demand Letter from the Employer containing all the details of the Vacancy demand like information about salary, duration of contract, etc. duly authenticated.
- Employment Contract from the Employer to the Employee of service agreement mentioning wages offered and schedule of benefits including accommodation, food, medical facilities, leave, etc.
Selection
We always prefer the selection of applicants either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer or his authorized representative. We arrange for the clients’ local transport and other logistic support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of workers, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under the direct supervision of our professional executives.
Medical Checkup
After final selection, we send the workers/candidates for a medical checkup by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment.
Application for Visa
For selected candidates, we will apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorized by the employer.
Ticketing and Emigration
The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of Galaxy Enterprises, New Delhi to facilitate traveling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Government Department for the candidates.
Orientation Before Departure
Galaxy Enterprises provides basic orientation to workers before traveling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and receive first-hand information on the work environment and salient features of labor laws of the country of employment.
Time Graph
- Required 3 to 7 working days for providing you the Cv’s.
- 1 to 2 working days for Medical check up.
- 7 to 10 working days to get Police clearance certificate from the regional passport office.
- 3 to 4 working days for VISA Stamping.
- 2 to 3 working days for Immigration Clearance.
- 7 to 15 working days for the Final Departure of Workers.
